Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At KHAM SPACE, we carefully prepare and inspect every order before it is dispatched. Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.

Physical Products

All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or products ordered by mistake.

We will assist you if an item arrives:

• Defective or damaged
• Different from the item you ordered

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the item, its packaging, and the defect, damage, or incorrect product.

Please keep the item and its original packaging until we review your request. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

If your claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as:

• Replacing the item at no additional cost
• Refunding the affected item to your original payment method

KHAM SPACE will cover any required return shipping when we confirm that an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time needed for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Workshops

Workshop bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or transferred.

Our workshops have limited capacity and require advance preparation, including reserving your place, preparing materials, and scheduling instructors. For these reasons, we cannot provide refunds or accept cancellations if you are unable to attend.

If KHAM SPACE cancels or reschedules a workshop, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

Space Rentals

Space rental bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or transferred.

Once a booking is confirmed, the space and time slot are reserved exclusively for you and become unavailable to other customers. We may also arrange staffing and prepare the space in advance. For these reasons, refunds and cancellations are not available if your plans change or you do not attend.

If KHAM SPACE cancels a confirmed space rental, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
