تعرفوا على نادي جدة لكتب الطبخ
يقدم النادي فرصة لاكتشاف وصفات، وطرق إعداد، ومعارف جديدة من خلال كتب الطبخ، يعيش المشاركون تجربة الطهي والتذوق والتأمل، بعيدا عن التصفح الافتراضي للانترنت.
يختار المشاركون وصفة من كتاب الشهر المختار بعناية، يحضّرونها في منازلهم، ثم نلتقي لمشاركة الأطباق، والتجارب، والانطباعات. في جلسات التذوق الجماعيه، على مائده واحده ومن خلال الحوارات الهادفة، نستكشف معاً تقاليد الطعام، والسرد القصصي في الطبخ، ودور كتب الطهي في تشكيل مطابخنا.

يشمل الاشتراك: فواصل كتب+ شاي وقهوة+ وجبات خفيفة+ جلسة تذوق جماعي.لا يشمل: مكونات الوصفات التي يختارها للشاركون.
مناسب للطهاة المنزليين من جميع المستويات، ولمحبي الثقافة الغذائية، ولكل من يهتم بالطعام والكتب.

More about The Jeddah Cookbook Club:
Designed for those who want to rediscover recipes through physical cookbooks, the club invites participants to cook, taste, and reflect together away from endless online scrolling.
Each month, participants select a recipe from a curated Book of the Month, prepare it at home, and return to share their dish, process, and reflections. Through collaborative tastings and thoughtful conversations, the club explores food traditions, culinary storytelling, and the role cookbooks play in shaping our kitchens. The club is a space for community, shared heritage, and meaningful connections built through intentional cooking and the love of good food.

Includes: Recipe log sheet& bookmarks, tea/coffee, light snacks, and community tasting.
*Not included: Ingredients for individual recipes.
For home cooks of all levels, culinary culture lovers, and anyone interested in food, books, and community! perfect for individuals, families, and friends.

التزام الحضور: يسعدنا تسجيلكم وهو بمثابة تأكيد حتمي لحضور جلسة النقاش وجلسة التذوق معاً. نرجو الحجز فقط في حال التمكن من حضور الجلستين لضمان تجربة متكاملة للجميع.
المشاركة بطبق: يُعد تحضير طبق وإحضاره جزءاً أساسياً وممتعاً من تجربة نادي جدة لكتب الطبخ.
الحساسية الغذائية: نكثف جهودنا للتنويه بأي مكونات مسببة للحساسية، ولكن يُرجى العلم بأنه لا يمكننا ضمان خلو الأطباق تماماً منها لكونها مُحضّرة في مطابخ منزلية مختلفة.
الاعتذار عن الحضور: في حال طرأ أي ظرف يمنعكم من الحضور، نرجو التواصل معنا وإبلاغنا قبل موعد جلسة النقاش بـ 48 ساعة على الأقل.
سياسة التذاكر: رسوم التذاكر غير قابلة للإسترداد، ولكن يمكنكم تأجيل الحضور لمدة شهر واحد فقط بشرط إبلاغنا في الوعد الحدد أعلاه.

Important Notes for a Fair & Enjoyable Experience:
Extra Sessions Added: To welcome more culinary enthusiasts, we have expanded our sessions to two groups per month.
Please select the group that best fits your schedule.
Attendance Commitment: Registering confirms your attendance for both the Discussion Session and the Tasting Session.
Please book only if you can commit to both, ensuring a complete experience for everyone.
Dish Contribution: Preparing and bringing a dish is a core part of the Jeddah Cookbook Club experience.

Food Allergies Notice: While we make every effort to highlight common allergens, please note that dishes are prepared in home kitchens, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the discussion session.
Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.
However, attendance can be deferred for up to one month, provided we receive advance notice within the 48-hour timeframe.
