Session Description

A reflective and creative experience exploring the selves we show, the parts we hide, and who we are beyond the roles we carry.

Beyond the Mask is a reflective and creative exploration, inviting participants to look at the different faces they present to the world and the parts of themselves that may remain unseen behind them.

Through guided conversation, reflective questions, writing, and a hands-on mask-making activity, participants will explore the roles, expectations, and identities they carry in different spaces of their lives. The experience invites participants to look with curiosity at what they choose to show, what they tend to hide or protect, and the parts of themselves that may not always have space to be expressed.

Participants will create a two-sided mask: the outside representing what is more visible to the world, and the inside representing what may live beneath the surface.

The purpose is not to remove our masks or judge them. Some masks protect us, help us belong, and allow us to move through different contexts. Instead, the experience creates a gentle space to ask:

What does my mask protect? What does it express? What might exist beyond it?

This is a reflective community experience and not a therapy session

Fus’ha with Rana

Fus'ha With Rana

Fus’ha is a human-centered community experience designed to support mental well-being and quality of life through interactive group gatherings that combine artistic expression, reflection, connection, and meaningful conversation.

Each gathering explores a different theme related to mental well-being and quality of life within its cultural and social context.

The experience is built around shared learning and the exchange of personal experiences in a safe environment facilitated by a qualified Marriage and Family Therapist. It supports connection with oneself and others while creating space for listening, reflection, and expression through dialogue, writing, and the arts.

Fus’ha is not psychotherapy. It is a space that invites you to pause, come closer to yourself, express what you carry, and view it from different perspectives alongside others, allowing for deeper understanding and a gentler sense of clarity.
